I got two job offers!
After I lost my job, I turned to Marco Cepeda for help in finding a job because using the traditional tools was not getting me very far in the job search process – no offers. I became quite frustrated with the traditional tools of using headhunters and personal contacts because job offers were elusive.
Even though I had at least six headhunters “on retainer”, I was leaving the fate of my income source to total strangers and so relied on them to generate interviewing opportunities from quality rather than quantity of leads.
